Print Instructions

Recommended settings

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.16 - 0.20 mm
• Infill: 15 - 25%
• Build plate adhesion: Brim recommended
• Raft: Not recommended
• Supports: Only where needed
• PLA temperature: Around 200 ºC, depending on your filament and printer

Suggested orientation

• Print the main oval body with brim and without supports.
• Print the threaded cap facing upwards.
• Enable supports for the threaded cap if needed.
• Check that the threaded/contact areas are clean before assembly.

Important printing notes

For best results, use a brim instead of a raft.

A raft is not recommended because it can make the first layers more difficult and may affect the final fit between parts.

The main body is designed to print more reliably with brim adhesion.

The threaded cap should be printed carefully to preserve the opening and closing function.

If your slicer generates too many supports, adjust the support overhang angle. Around 75° can help create cleaner and more controlled support generation.

After printing, remove supports carefully, clean the edges and check that all parts fit correctly. Light sanding may be useful if the threaded areas feel too tight.

Cleaning

The toy can be cleaned with water.

Make sure it is completely dry before filling it again with treats or kibble.

Safety check before use

Before giving the toy to your cat:

• Check that there are no sharp edges
• Remove loose filament strings
• Make sure there are no small broken parts
• Wash the printed parts before first use
• Use only small dry treats or kibble
• Supervise your cat during play

Instrucciones de impresión

Ajustes recomendados

• Material: PLA o PETG
• Boquilla: 0.4 mm
• Altura de capa: 0.16 - 0.20 mm
• Relleno: 15 - 25%
• Adhesión a la cama: Brim recomendado
• Raft: No recomendado
• Soportes: Solo donde sea necesario
• Temperatura PLA: Alrededor de 200 ºC, según filamento e impresora

Orientación sugerida

• Imprime el cuerpo ovalado principal con brim y sin soportes.
• Imprime la tapa roscada mirando hacia arriba.
• Activa soportes en la tapa roscada si es necesario.
• Comprueba que las zonas de rosca/contacto queden limpias antes del montaje.

Notas importantes de impresión

Para obtener mejores resultados, utiliza brim en lugar de raft.

No se recomienda usar raft porque puede dificultar las primeras capas y afectar el ajuste final entre piezas.

El cuerpo principal está diseñado para imprimirse de forma más fiable con brim.

La tapa roscada debe imprimirse con cuidado para conservar bien la función de apertura y cierre.

Si tu laminador genera demasiados soportes, ajusta el ángulo de voladizo de soporte. Alrededor de 75° puede ayudar a generar soportes más limpios y controlados.

Después de imprimir, retira los soportes con cuidado, limpia los bordes y comprueba que todas las piezas encajen correctamente. Puede ser útil lijar suavemente si las zonas roscadas quedan demasiado ajustadas.

Limpieza

El juguete puede limpiarse con agua.

Asegúrate de que esté completamente seco antes de volver a llenarlo con snacks o pienso.

Revisión de seguridad antes de usar

Antes de darle el juguete a tu gato:

• Comprueba que no haya bordes cortantes
• Retira hilos sueltos de filamento
• Asegúrate de que no haya piezas pequeñas rotas
• Lava las piezas antes del primer uso
• Utiliza solo snacks secos pequeños o pienso
• Supervisa a tu gato durante el juego
