Absolutely wonderfull design on the X1C poop Shoot insulation. I had already noticed it and it's clearly a bad design, because both it'll contribute to heat up the electronics and also the fan to cool down the electronics might create a raft for the printing volume!
I was also thinking that it would be great to insulate the electronics area around the Z axxis in the back. If you look form the side you cna see the electronics, so insulating this part could also bring some benefits!

Already considered this and I will be adding a skirt around the electronics in the back, I didn’t cover over the perforated intake either. The breeze made by the fan is blocked mostly by the chute so likely no raft. Already had the back panel and sides off so many times that my printer could have been mistaken for the p1p.
