Few options. Sounds like your printer isn't calibrated correctly. Try doing a 100x100 Calibration, scale the model up a few percent, or run a 1/2 x 28 thread tap through it.

Twice Ive printed this and the fan blades inside the turbo are non existent. Once with supports and once without. Any ideas??

I would try adjusting your layer height/thickness. Or scale the print so it is larger. The blades are very thin so the resolution you are trying to print it in may be too small.

Does the ar9 design need any sort of supports for the print? What orientation did you print it in?

just printed this file...nice, clean...easy. One small problem...the pointed end of the clip (triangle) has a gap...broke right off gently. As if in CAD they weren't merged tight enough. Do you have an update by chance?

Use a nut and bolt or a longer pin with a keyring works well. Does not utilize a detent for rear take down

Hey sir! Just purchased and inspected one of your designs.
On the Slim Mini, the blast chamber (between the threads and the first baffle) the ceiling is a 0 degree overhang and would need supports to print properly. Are you able to make that a 30 0r 45ish degree cone leading to the threads so it can print without supports?

Awesome! While you’re at it, there are tiny overhangs where the baffles meet the inner walls too. Let me know if you need any help, and I’ll get it tested when you’re done!

What infill % did you print it at. And I will take a look at the design and modify that section to be beefier as well

I did it at 18%

I would try it at 50%. 18 won't be strong enough for that little nub. I did add a beefier updated one you can try. The higher the infill the stronger it will be but the tighter the gun will be in the holster

Hello. Just purchased and made my holster. I was practicing drawing and the end of the belt clip(the retention part) snapped off where the line across is. Is there any way to fuse that together better so it will not come off?

Hardware kit can be sourced from a website that can be searched on Google. Will need a Mac 11 velocity arms upper assembly as well.
