I bought your White Fox file, but the forehead size of the mask is 108mm and mine is 83mm. Is it possible for you to give me the open file of the mask or just reduce the forehead part without affecting the proportion of the eyes? In my program, I can only reduce the total height and the eyes get stretched.

Hi! For your Thanatos Collar 1, my printer is not big enough to print the whole collar, I have to split it. How would you recommend splitting it so that it can be worn and taken off easily?

I use flashprint and when I attempt to cut the model to fit on my printer it just disappears entirely

Hello, I am having fun printing the brooch so far , but I noticed some pieces are missing. In the STL folder there are nine files, but in the image there are 12 pieces to the brooch? Are they located within the brush folder?

The tip of the sword file has a hole in the on the blade itself once sliced. Can you please take a look at it and repair it if possible.

Hello. Been working on printing this design, and was wondering if the two base parts of the the boots. Or BSR sole main and main 2, are the same or are slightly different?

Trying to figure out where I went wrong since the both parts seem identical, but when I printed the front and back of the main part of the boots that attach above it, one seems to fit perfectly and the other seems slightly smaller. So wasn't sure if I didn't scale the back of the boot part correctly, or maybe I accidently printed the same half of the base twice by mistake.

Wanted make sure I reprint the right part since they take a while.

But so far the design is super cool. Cant wait to finish them.

Good day, we purchased your 3-pack of figarland swords and we have run into nothing but problems with the files. Trying to print the Shamrock sword, the cylinder.001.stl file, it doesn't contain any hole to hold the blade. Is this how it's supposed to be? Can you provide some instructions for the printing of these three? My son is a big fan and really wants these to come out nice.

I am a professional cosplayer and I need to be able to travel with it! I am 203cm tall and I need it to be scaled at mt height so I need to think about traveling with it! I'm hoping to cosplay him for Dragoncon in September and saw there aren't really any good models for his accessories! Ideally, his helmet and the caged hand he keeps in a cage on his belt.
