Hi,

I’ve just downloaded and reviewed the Baby Donald keychain file on my side, and I can confirm that everything is correct.

The model is properly prepared for layer-based multicolor printing and the geometry is clean. When sliced correctly, the colors appear as intended by height. The intended color change heights are the following:

Blue: layers at 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm

Red: layers at 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm

Light blue: layers at 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm

White: layers at 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm

Yellow: layers at 2.0 mm, 2.2 mm

Black: layers at 2.4 mm, 2.6 mm

If the colors do not appear clearly in the preview, please make sure you are using a 0.2 mm layer height and assigning color changes at those exact Z heights in your slicer.

From my verification, the file itself is correct and ready for multicolor printing by layers.

** The model is not pre-colored. It is intentionally designed to be printed using manual color changes by layer height in the slicer. The geometry is correct and optimized for layer-based multicolor printing, but the color assignments must be done manually.

I’ve processed your refund as requested. However, I’d like to mention that I’ve printed the same Betty Boop nurse keychain myself using a 0.4 mm nozzle without any issues. You might consider increasing the print quality settings for that nozzle, or even trying a 0.2 mm nozzle for finer detail.

This model has been sold 18 times before without any reported problems, but I completely understand that each printer behaves differently, and I appreciate your feedback.

oi, como vão as coisas? Lamento que você tenha problemas com o chaveiro, tenho ele impresso e é muito bonito, mas saiba que é multicolorido, não tem mais de 1 cor por camada. Na descrição coloquei as camadas em que deve ser feita a mudança de cor. São 5 cores no total e fica muito bonito com uma impressora normal, com a A1 deve ficar ótimo.

É um chaveiro que já foi baixado várias vezes e nenhum problema foi relatado para mim. Em qualquer caso, se você perceber que não consegue, me avise e reembolsarei sua compra.

então, bico 0,4, largura de extrusão 0,38 e mesmo assim não deu, ficou muito borrado, os olhos ficaram sem definiçao .

ok, não se preocupe, acabei de te reembolsar, chegará em breve, de qualquer maneira, por precaução, tente (se o bambu studio tiver opção) colocar uma expansão horizontal de +0,1 e brincar um pouco com isso. Lamento que você tenha problemas.
