como estás otto? buenas tardes! no me sucede el mismo problema cuando lo abro en cura, lo toma sin problema (a lo sumo aparece "chiquito" y hay que escalarlo al %1000) pero dejame que en un ratito subo otra versión para que descargues de manera gratuita a ver si se soluciona

Yes, sometimes I noticed this happening, I don't know if it was an error when I saved the file in stl (I'm already working on fixing it so they have it in real size) anyway it's easy to fix, scale the model to 1000% of its size and that's it. Thank you for your reply, I was able to scale to 1000%, by scaling to 1000% how do I know what size it will print. If I wanted to make it into a keychain instead earring what settings do I adjust? Also if I wanted to make the bottom layer one color and the top another how many layers does the bottom have? I am sorry I am still learning 3d. Your English is just fine.

no problem! Well, for the keychain I think you should try modifying the sizes to reach the one that you feel most comfortable for such use. It has 15 layers in total (10 for the heart and 5 for the letters but I think it depends on the configuration you give it). I don't know what program you use but in the case of Cura, in the "preview" window after clicking on "slice" you can see the entire printing process with the bar that appears on the right

Sorry, I didn't see that you bought ring "B", in this case with 10 layers for the first color and 7 for the second color

Hola como estás Julieta? espero que bien. Si, no hay ningún problema con eso de igual forma voy a tratar de corregir el archivo para que lo vuelvas a descargar de manera gratuita. Personalmente no tengo ningún problema con el archivo y Cura me deja pasarlo a Gcode correctamente, a lo suma lo muestra chiquito, en ese caso hay que escalarlo al %1000 pero no mucho más que eso. Te agradecería si me comentas luego que tal va la nueva versión

Lo pasé por NetFab para corregir el stl, personalmente Cura no me detecta ningún error y me deja pasarlo a Gcode sin ningún problema, a veces pasa que viene "chiquito" en ese caso hay que escalarlo al %1000 de su tamaño. Hazme saber si el error sigue con ésta nueva versión que subí (que puedes descargar gratuitamente). Gracias!

Hola, como estás? gracias por tu compra! que programa usar para imprimir? a veces el problema está en que hay que escalarlo (por ejemplo si está al %100 de su tamaño, agregale un 0 mas para que quede al %1000. Por favor mantenme al tanto. Nuevamente gracias

hola trate de dejarte el mail pero no lo publica la pagina. los archivos son 2, el corazon con llamas y la carita feliz. cuando lo abro en cura me dice que esta incompleto, y marca defectuoso casi todo el archivo en ambos.

Hola! yo tengo la intención de solucionar tu problema pero no me respondes a lo que te pregunté mas arriba. Tendrás un mail al que podamos hablar mejor? Por otro lado al reclamo del reintegro se lo tenes que hacer directamente a cults, yo aún no recibí ningún pago.
