For PLA at .2mm layer height and 1mm skin with 25% fill density and standard support pillars, my slicer reports 15 hrs 34 mins using 106.54 g

Sadly, the last time I did that, my design was stolen posted elsewhere, but I can customise it to any request. Just let me know the new inner diameter.

The diameter under the tweeter is 25 mm instead of 50 mm.
And raise the grille higher above the speaker, because when there is a punch, the speaker suspension hits the grille.

Try the extra STL I added, designed for the 25mm tweeter and standing off higher from the speaker.

Depends on your material. If ABS, I use 235 hot end and 95 bed, no fan, for my Anet A8 with glass bed. If PLA, 200 on 60 with fan.

I've looked at both the D and E and it looks to me that the E's stand does not use the notches to secure the lower decks that are so much broader on the D, so this stand could be a good fit as is or I can fine tune to suit based on your measurements and feedback.

Looks good. I unfortunately don't have the original stand which is why N need one, but the tongs on top are about a 1/2 inch fromn top to bottom and a little under one inch side to side, which I think based on your design is standard?

I propose you print the fork and test it for fit and also desired angle. If anything is overly loose or tight, we can go at it again.

I can measure and create a scalable design for you to download and print. The scale would be a best guess short of having the real thing but adjusting percentages should make it work. Do you have even a broken example that can be measured?
