hola me gustaria saber como imprimiste el mango para bissell
Bonjour,
J'aimerais savoir si tu vends la pièce? Cela m'éviterais d'investir dans une imprimante 3D dans l'immédiat.
Merci par avance pour ton retour.
Cordialement
You can use Shapeways. I don't sell parts cuz delivery from my country is more expensive than actual part: https://www.shapeways.com/upload-3d-print-files-models

Greetings!
Ran into a problem of a broken headband on the surface headphones and ran into your 3d printing solution. I think it's the way to go, but I have a couple of questions before I do anything. What 3d printing material is better suited for the job of being a headphone headband? And which stl give shall I use? V1 or V3?
Best regards,
Yaroslav
I used cheapest PLA on mine, beacuse it was easier to print than PET-G or ABS. And of course you should use V3, cuz it's more precise model. It's also has a little bit wider angle than original and it's 1mm thicker, so it wont break in future.
I see. I have researched a bit, and it seems that nylon has a good strength as well as the flexibility. You have any thoughts on nylon?
Or should I not think about the material too much?
Basically what I'm asking would you use a better material and if you would, which one
I've just upload photo of painted PLA print after one year of using it. PLA is good enough, but nothing prevents you from printing it with nylon. I didn't try it with nylon cuz it's really hard to work with this material on my printer.
Looks great!
Have you used a matching color or just a similar one?
I printed it using white cheapest PLA and then painted it with matching color. I just went to paint shop, they scanned color of headphones and made me a can with it, it costed like a 5$ in my country, so it was cheaper to paint it than to buy PLA with matching color.
Thanks for the feedback
Was really helpful!
i want know how, you print the bissell acesori, because my print it went wrong, in the part of nozzle was a desface and i dont can use
Hi, large part was rotate 45 degress and in some places I've used supports. Most of success depends on the printer also. Smaller part was printed with buildplate support only and sanded afterwards.
Can recommend tree support and Orca Slicer for easier print.
