Hi Rikosmokes, for some reason the Smart35 GPS mount doesn't fit. The spacing between the mounting holes (aluminium standoffs from the frame) is too wide. Scaling is not the problem as the fit for the GPS Antenna (BN-220) is perfect. Any ideas on how to solve this problem will be kindly appreciated.

Hey CBAUMGARTNER. Thanks for letting me know. I tested on 3 unit of smart35 frame, and it mounted spot on. Would u mind to take a picture on your gps mount and your frame please ?

Hey, thanks for your reply. Here are the pictures, I hope they make sense, I measured max width on the frame (outside border of one standoff to outside border of the other standoff) and max width on the mount (outside to outside of the holes as well). The quad is Smart35 HD Polar (GP104797). Thanks for your help!

Hey. i took the measurement. Your measurement is 16.18mm for outside border. I made the wall of standpost 0.3mm each, hence the outside border will be total of 16.7mm (picture as below)

Judging by your printing from your print, you used orange PLA/PLA+.
The design is meant to use flexible material like TPU, not hard material. It will work perfectly fine if you use original standpost. Picture below is my smart35. Give it a try.
