That model is actually part of a group of models that I just revised to make smooth as glass. It’s the highest possible quality. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten around to printing models lately so I make sure they’re each at top quality without anny issues. Of course a refund would be available as well. Is there anything custom you’re looking for?

Currently the van is a solid piece. Thank you for your interest. I recently upgraded the model to a smoother meshing. By curiosity, were there any other models that you may have liked but were at a high cost?

Hi I would like a refund on my purchase of low low gmc step van

There is no smooth Finnish and all of the edges are jaggered

Hello. I have updated the model with the highest quality possible. It’s totally repaired and quite nice. If you’d like I can send you the brand new highest detailed version no charge to remedy the bad file. It will be sent as a Google Drive link because although it is zipped, it’s 38MB due to the higher detail. You do not need to have Google Drive to download the file, it will open in a new browser window for you to download. Or I can refund your purchase. Let me know how you would like to move forward.

Id like to send you the new file also free, if you’d like. I’m curious as to how it comes out. If you’d like me to send it to you, I’d need your email to send it to. I have to send stl files via Google Chrome. This way it’s easy for you to click and simply tap download to your slicer. If you do like the newest version please comment under it also after you print it with a photo of the model. Thanks! Have a great day!

No problem. May I ask the reason for the refund? Did you run into any issues with the file, before or after printing? Did you slice it? Did you try to print it? I’ve printed 3 of them without issue. Appreciate your feedback. Ps. If there was a slicing issue, which slicer did you use, for my personal reference. Thanks

when trying to enlarge it blows out and very little detail and over 300 errors

the Gingerbread house STL has over 300+ error's and when you repair the file it loses all detail. I'd like a refund please.
