Hello. There is a problem with the Pokemon Spheal Cookie Cutter. It is in several pieces, not joined at all. In addition, some parts such as the nostrils are very tall and thin making it somewhat unviable to press on cookie dough. Could you fix these issues? Thank you

Hi we purchased the Ogerpon cookie cutter and for some reason when we print it there aren’t a lot of details and just a lot of spikey looking pieces where there should be lines and it looks like that on the computer so I don’t think it is printer error. I’m not sure if I have done something wrong thanks
