J'ai mis à jour la figurine Detective Conan . J'ai alors appris qu'il n'était pas nécessaire d'annuler la commande. Une fois le modèle acheté, la mise à jour peut être téléchargée gratuitement. Mais je ne le savais pas non plus :)

Oui, je suis en train de retravailler le personnage et je publierai une nouvelle version ici sur Cults. Je ne pense pas pouvoir vous envoyer le fichier, n'est-ce pas ? Si ce n'est pas possible, nous pouvons annuler l'achat et vous pourrez acheter la nouvelle version. Je vous préviendrai dès qu'elle sera prête.

Hi, sorry, dass es bei Ihnen nicht klappt. Welche Druckoptionen haben Sie? Die Figur ist eigentlich top und ich habe sie schon mehrfach genutzt. Trotzdem gibt es natürlich eine Rückerstattung. Aber löschen hierfür erst dad Kommentar auf der Seite der Figur, da dies irreführend ist.

That is strange. I have sold the model several times and also printed it myself. It has always worked. How do you print it? Try it with Supporting Trees. Or try printing it in the small 5cm format first.
