We have tried to print this pizzeria 3 times and all 3 failed to attach properly to the base plate. It also had numerous error messages. Is there any way that we can get a refund for the print file? If you would like to see the images, please let me know. The cost of the resin is now lost so we will not attempt to print again.

Hello, we tried twice to get the Christmas Village - Post Office to sit on the plate, one without supports and one with. Both failed. It looks like the center part is raised, rather than being completely flat.
We printed with supports....after another fail, we do not want to continue to waste resin and time.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté plusieurs fichiers de maisons (bureau de poste, maison japonaise, villa bianca, maison du nord, harmony house), j'imprime en PLA. Tout se passe bien, la peinture est en cours. Quand pourrons nous avoir de nouveaux fichiers avec de nouvelles maisons (église, maison du café, café vail village, boutique de jouets, et bien d'autres...) ?

hello, i downloaded the school i purchased from you. im having lots of issues trying to get it printed. i have tired repairing and simplifying it, but it removes so much of the quality. do you have any idea why im having difficulties?
i was meaning the school it looks like you removed that file. i use bambulabs and it seems they have an issue printing your prints. if i repair them it kills the quality. even with the library if i try to fix it so bambu can print it, it reads all the windows as holes and tries to fill them. but i keep getting non-manifold errors when i try to print with out fixing the mesh.
let me take a look. cause i am having challenges with the library as well. im just still to new to know how to manually fix these files.
i dont remeber the cost of the school, but i am interested in the creating snowman model and the postman dog.
Casa2 file is corrupt when I slice it part of the roof is missing. I have downloaded it again but same thing happens do you have a fix?

Habe sie in verschiedenen Slicer gehabt jedesmal ist die Datei beschädigt und un druckbar.
Bitte korrekte Datei oder stornierung.
ich habe sobald ich slice schwebende teile sprich Lücken im Objekt, es fehlen komplette Schichten.

Buenos días,
Me he descargado el hotel las moras y tiene un error, que no hace posible su impresión.
El bambu studio da un error al intentar laminarlo de que tiene bordes no moldeados.
A pesar de ello consegui laminarlo, pero al imprimir hay partes que no hace bien, sobre todo la parte derecha del hotel en la primera parte.
Si necesitas que te envie fotos lo haré con gusto.
Por favor rogaría que lo corrigiera y me mande nuevamente el fichero.
Por otro lado, estoy interesado en bastantes más modelos, podría indicarme si haría algún descuento.
