Thanks so much for updating the Santa models. I was able to print a plate of 16 heads at once without an issue!!! Worked perfectly. There are two of the files in the separate parts for the Hooked model that are labeled wrong. The Pom Pom should be the Hooked Hat, and the Hooked Hat should be the Pom Pom.

We are a non-profit chess club and regularly organize tournaments.

While searching for trophies, we came across your "Trophies Colored." We would like to use them for our own tournaments.

Would that be possible? We once made a test print to show what it might look like. Is there any way you could make the trophy stands the same size for all three numbers? Because otherwise, the test for third place wouldn't fit.

Because that would help us with our text.

If needed, I can gladly send a photo of what the trophy would look like with text.

I first downloaded your Standing Santa design from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6834439). When printing, the head portion consistently has an issue with the lower trim around the bottom of the jacket. It is broken on the right side (left if you are looking from the bottom. No matter what I do, it will not correct. I then purchased your design from Cults but it still has the same issue. I am printing on a Flashforge AD5X, and using their Orca based slicer. You can see a picture at https://ibb.co/Pv0WDDr4 . Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Your Bionic design trophies state that there is no "support" needed for them but orca slicer demands it. What support design do you recommend here or ignore it? I bought your value pack of these three designs. Looks very cool.
