Oh. That will take me some time because it was originally modeled with tolerances for assembling purposes, but it can be done.

Near the top of the blade mid, blade bott, and blade grip files there are several non manifold edges. I was able to fix the ones on the blade bott and blade mid, but There is a bad shift at the very top of the grip. Is there anyway you could update this.

I’ll look into this matter and will keep you updated! Thanks for letting me know.

Hey! Sorry for the late response. You’re the first to tell me that, what seems to be missing?

Hello, do you have a guide for assembling and printing or something like that for the oblivion?

Diseño relacionado: Oblivion Keyblade - Kingdom Hearts

Hey. Uhm, something like a guide, not really. I can say that all the files that have a x# on their name mean you’ll need to print that same model x number of times. Printing orientation I leave it for everyone’s preferences, and let me check if I have an explosive view of the assembling, and if not I’ll make one asap.

the thing that is getting me is just the orientation for the prints. The bigger pieces are a little hard to orient on my printer

also, for the "small" folder, i think that the "body top" stl is misssing the dowel holes on the connection of the BBB and BBA

Oh. Let me check on that. I recently printed one and it was ok, but it could be that I uploaded the wrong files.

  • 1 me gusta

no problem! i'll be waiting

on other note, i can mix and match the files from the small folder with the regular ones, right? i can fit every piece in a orient that is nice except the body parts, so i was thinking about printing the small ones only for the body. (top and bottom only)

Yeah, you can mix. The ones on the small folder are basically the large parts split to fit into smaller printers.

Have you managed to check if you uploaded the right file with the dowel hole from the small folder? I'm planning to print it today~tomorrow

I've uploaded a couple of reviewed files and folders. Let me know if it appears correctly now.

seens its all fine now! Thank you very much, i'll post a pic once i finished printing it for my friend!

I have a few questions. What is the difference between the BladeB1 and BladeB2 files in the Oath_Ender_STLs folder and the ones outside of it? When I try to connect the HandleTop to the BladeBottom, there is a small gap and it doesn’t fit together completely.

Also, do I just glue the wings to the HandleTop, or do I glue them to the Spikey at the same time, or is there another way?

Diseño relacionado: Oathkeeper Keyblade - Kingdom Hearts

Hey! Sorry for the late reply, it's been a busy week. There's no difference between the files in the folder and those outside it. The ones that are different are in the full dowel folder. The small gap might be due to a length difference with the pins, you could try shortening them a little and see if that works.

And I usually leave the Spikey for the last, and glue everything else first.

Hi is there a possible to have the file splitte by pieces of the design rather than 3 block pieces?
Thank you very much

Diseño relacionado: Arma Ultima - Kingdom Hearts 2

Hey! Usually that’s how I design the models, but with this particular Keyblade I couldn’t find a more suitable way to design the Blade section with 3D printing in mind.

ok understood thank you very much

Before i purchase aqua’s crestfallen keyblade stl, i wanted to ask is there a dowel rod insert space for structural support? Id rather it didnt snap on one swing.

Hey! The pieces are to be put together by ducktail assemblies and pegs. I have printed a few and there hasn’t been any issues so far about frailty. Just print with 3-5 walls and 10-15% infill to make it sturdy and light. And it will be also important how well glued together are the pieces.

  • 1 me gusta

Is that the same with the way to the dawn and no name xehanort keyblades as well?

Yeah. There are a few models in which I’ve put space for a dowel, but not every Keyblade has the shape to house one. That’s why I moved to pegs instead in most models.

Would you ever consider modelling xigbar's arrow gun?

Hey! I have already made them, and I thought I had uploaded them… I will add them later today. 😬

  • 1 me gusta

Dude you are a life saver.

There. Model is up.

Cool That helps with my cosplay. Any chance of doing his nobody version?

I might do so. Don’t have much time to model these days, but I’ll see if I can work something out on my spare time.

Hi, are you still modeling, are you creating any new models? I once mentioned to you about the model of Overlord Kagan's sword, Rayne's father. Have you tried modeling it or are you doing something else?

Hey! I remember, but haven’t had the chance to do so. I’m sorry.

Fine ,is ok,thanks, greetings

Hi there! Absolutely love the attention to detail and build pieces for your Lifeguard Cassidy Revolver! I had one question though - is there potentially a file missing? The hammer appears to have no point of contact to the body apart from the 2 nubs near the bottom, but in the model on the game there appears to be a silver piece nested within the bridge gap of the body that the cylinder hammer point would go "into" to strike the bullet in the cylinder. Right now there is just an unusal gap in the back/top area.

Also I was curious - it states that you need 2 M4 screws to make the cylinder functional, but there are 3 openings in the Lever file? I assume one screw is to be inserted into the direction that has the larger opening to accommodate the head of the screw and "hide" it?

That's correct. One screw is to hold the lever in place, 2nd screw is to "guide" the movement, and a 3rd one, large, is to connect the lever with the cylinder.

Yop ! Hey great design on the Mantis Blades, I'm new here, not so sure how does it work but I promised my wife to make her real ones, you're design is solid but has flows, I'm a mechanical engineer and I would love to use your design and improve it furthermore, not gonna sell anything or whatnot I just want to make this thing work, please contact me if you're interested to see your work go steroid-style*

Hey! Oh, that would be great. I’m interested.

Cool ! :) Do you have a discord or something we can chat ?

I do have Discord but haven't used it in a loooong time. Let me recover my log in info. And sorry for the late response, I've been super busy these days, but as soon as I finish up a project I'll be able to talk about this new project.

  • 1 me gusta

Okay :) Take your time and keep on doing the good work ! Also quite busy myself, harsh times nowadays..

Hi. Just bought your oathkeeper and I'm planning to also buy the oblivion. That said I've a request for the OK design (and oblivion if you did the same) To give it more stability could you modify the blade pins space to accommodate full length dowel? I don't know how to do it myself 😅

  • 1 me gusta

Hey! Thanks so much for liking and buying my models. Sure, I can do that. Would you like it to be of the same diameter as the pins or have a specific dowel diameter in mind?

I've not yet checked the pin size but for another 3d print I bought the creator used 1/2" dowels for a rifle. That said if you use a standard size dowel I can find them pretty easily in stores. Thank you very much for answering so quickly 😁

Hey! Sorry I took so long, my life is going through many important changes... But I have already prepared the files for the Blade section of the Oathkeeper. I'll upload it right now and start working on the Oblivion. It will use a 1/4 in dowel because it is rather thin.

Uploaded the files for the Blade section of the Oblivion Keyblade too.

Great works and many thanks. No problem for the wait. In the meantime I was printing the other parts and it's wonderful. Once I finish printing the oathkeeper I will buy the oblivion right away 😁

Hello, I love you your designs, I wanted to see if it would ok with you if I were to sell the finished product, of course crediting you as the 3D artist and linking your cults3d to it.

  • 1 me gusta

Hey! Thanks for your kind words and for liking my work. Sure, go ahead, and I’d appreciate tons the crediting and the linking to cults ☺️

Awesome, thank you so much!

I bought your oath keeper and oblivion models and they are both missing pieces. Oblivion is missing the diamond in the guard and the crown key chain, and connection pegs. oath keeper is missing the teeth, the key chain, and the little wing bits in the guard, and connection pegs

Hello! First, thanks for acquiring my Keyblades. I just checked them out and all the files you mention are uploaded, so I'm not sure why you couldn't download them.

Hey I just bought the "Way to the Dawn Keyblade" and the individual files don't seem to include the crosses on the chain bit. Is there any way to get that as a separate file

Hey! Thanks for letting me know. I thought I had uploaded them. I’ll check it out tomorrow and upload them.

Sorry I took long, but the crosses for the chain have been uploaded.

Noticing a design flaw with your kh1 ultima weapon. Guard decox2 is missing a slot for the top peg of the hand guard

other than that, its an amazing model, but this flaw makes the pieces incompatible to put together without user correction

Thanks for letting me know! I’ll get it fixed.

thank you! Could you let me know when you've adjusted it?

Sure thing! It's been uploaded.

Hi, you're a great creator. I really like the BloodRayne blade model. I dream of someone creating a sword for Kagan, Rayne's father, if you're familiar with Rayne's universe, of course. Do you have any plans to create such a sword?

Thanks for the kind words. Let me take a look into it, see if I can model it.

Does the vincent valentine cerberus model come with a full unbroken model

Sorry! Completely forgot to reply… No, the model comes already prepared and split into several parts for ease on 3D printing.

If I got this model, could I get a full unbroken model file as well? Magic the gathering has a collaboration with final fantasy and I was wanting to make a deck box that look like his gun but I'm not a modeler and don't know how I would even start to making one myself so I was hoping to just get a file that I could work with

I’ll need to “merge” everything into a single body, but I think it can be done.

Amazing

Added it :)

Hey so I finally got to look into this a little more and was wondering if you could make it so the barrels could still pivot, I know I'm a pain, but it would mean a lot to me if this where possible

Ayo tks for the discount. I have a question before buying it.
So as far as i understand. That lance from final fantasy is like model kit ? And we have to assemble it with glue right? Im asking because i dont have a printer, i need to use the service here. And they offer to print with the material called: abs like resin.
Is it good? Or it has to be resin? Tks

Hey!!Yes, it comes as a kit, so you’ll have to print several pieces and then assemble them.

As for the material, that’s up to you actually. The most commonly used is PLA, I have printed it with that before. But it could be made of other materials, like ABS, PETG, or resin. What you should be looking for with the service you’ll be using is what printing volume capacity they have, just to check if al the pieces would fit on their printer. Some pieces are large, I designed it to fit on a 30 x 30 x 40cm printer. But it could be adapted to other volume sizes if you’d need to, just that I’d need to know to which size adapt it.

Hi man, I have a question regarding the Azkâr bow from Shadow of Mordor, how am I able to keep the moving limb pieces in place? I see some small holes on the back side of the limbs to put in some kind of small rod in or screws i guess. Do u have any tips or suggestions for that?

Hey!

What I did when designing it is that I left some space where pieces join to place a spring. When I last printed it I used ball pen springs, so the pieces return to their place when not stretched. Of course, it is more decorative than functional, so no high tension on whichever material you decide to use for the string of the bow, but it does simulate the stretching with the springs.

I want to buy 3 Keyblades and I was wondering if theres a discount I could get. I dont mean no offense, they are great designs

Hey! Alright. Saw your offer earlier, but I think I might be up for a bulk discount. I’ll enable the option again so you can make a new offer. We can discuss it then.

  • 1 me gusta

Hi, that would be awesome! however I do not know where the buy bulk discount option is or do I just redo the offers for the 3 files I want?

Yeah, that is correct!

I sent the offers

I already accepted them. 🤔
