I am reaching out to see if you sell 3D print designs? I am the animal care manager at VIA Aquarium in NY and I have been looking for some cavern/stalactites and stalagmites for our blind cave tetra exhibit and I love your cavern set. Hi. I've bought the Big DM Screen (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/dm-s-inventory-big-dm-screen), and the hole tolerance is almost zero. Stubs don't fit into holes and trying to merge the parts together on where they were designed to fit ended up breaking the parts. I'd like to refund if applicable, because i have no more interest on printing the files. Already deleted them from my PC.

Have a question about the model. My boss has an event in Christmas time for her Charity foundation. While looking for bridges she loves the style fo this one. On the table center pieces we plan to have a tow truck on top of the bridge. But we're wondering if there is a way when we have the measurements of the truck to modify the style of this bridge to fit the truck (as the original bridge file even with sizing in a slower might by to curved upwards for the truck). I do not have the cad experience to do so. We also don't expect the time in adjusting the bridge to be free.

hello can you tell me the measurements of the dead tree trunk please

i bought the Files for the small DM Screen but i have a very big Problem with them sadly.
The files in the Screen Folder i can open without Problems, but every STL file in the Attachments Folder runs into a Problem. I cant open them in Prusa Slicer, Chitubox or even Blender.

i am intrested in youre dm screens i want a sellers liscence do you have a patreon?

There's a problem with printing it on Mars 2Pro it's giving timeout error I_40,tried various settings,new pendrives,file seems to be corrupted as it can't be fixed in Meshmixer,3D builder or Chitubox. Can you check it please?
