Printed the reloadable double can holder (design 3691194); on an any cubic Kobra 2 Pro using PLA for the Top and Bottom 12oz holders and the gripped centre piece. What changes to the model / settings would you recommend for the Top and Bottom Threaded Inserts for TPU? I printed them using the same settings as the PLA, and noticed some shrinkage, making it incredibly stiff to load / reload.

The design was modified for clearances on a bambu labs P1s. Do you have any measurements tools to see exactly how much shrinkage you’re getting? I would also reference any technical data sheets for the material to see if there’s any data on dimensional stability in xyz.

Hello, in design #2888764 what is the size(ID and OD) of the 90deg pipe that comes out of the intake manifold ?

Hi Nervozen, My apologies for the delayed response. It is 16mm diameter to a 15mm diameter (clamp portion) shaft OD. The ID is 11 mm (Catch Can Out Hose) to 4mm (intake). Retaining the Catch Can same 5/8-inch fitting so most 5/8 ID hose should suffice (recommend reinforced ones)

Hi gq2jvnv6v, the hose coming out of the catch can either reconnect to the factory pcv, to a check valve that connects to the intake, or (NA Applications) should connect to the intake boot.

@Nervozen. I would refrain from putting it before the MAF (air filter) to minimize any potential contamination on the MAF component itself which may cause failure.

Parts will be printed using ASA Material for heat resistance. Just have a couple questions before proceeding. What would be the shipping zip code? What delete method would you like to proceed with option 1: Vented to atmosphere outlet (simple 1 hose setup, easy installation) or Option 2: routed back to intake manifold (This might cause codes if your not tuned and cost more)?
