is the fallout Vegas gun a real firearm? or should it not be modded as such?

Sorry for the late response buddy. It is only a prop and cannot be modified to be a real firearm. I toyed with the idea of adding some sort of system for launching 3d printed projectiles just for fun but that would require an entire re-design and I'm not sure I want to take that project on anytime soon. In the meantime though if you end up printing it I hope you enjoy it!

Hello,

Your design for the tool organizer is awesome. I seen these before but never got off my butt to make any. I printed a couple and there seems to be onw flaw. The key way is pretty tight, probably need to enlarge the key way on the female side a hair. Thanks - Dom

I appreciate the download and the kind words. I have found that while they're a touch tight, all the ones I printed locked together by hand. I intentionally designed them to be press-fit to aid in stability and to make them semi-permanent, however it would be possible to redesign the male side of things. Enlarging the female key way will exaggerate the problem found with the 12.5mm holders so I don't think that is as feasible.

I mean no harm in saying this, nor am I trying to shift blame, but I'd be interested to know how well your printer is calibrated. All I know is how they worked when I printed them; something like a substantial squish on the first layer or other differences in our printing might contribute to them being harder to assemble than I initially designed.
