Hey man. A few days ago I have bought shifter here from you and now I can get those files. Can you plese help me get those files. Thanks
Send me proof of purchase and I'll send you the files, you can find my email on my website or on my yt channel
Hello) how I can get your sim shifter model? I ready pay for this model, but I can’t do this, I’m from Russia, and I don’t have payments method over my country
Hi there. What happened with your beautiful sim designs??
The website isn't able to provide for the information I need to correctly declare my incomes so I've switched to a personal website, you can find them here: https://daz-projects.myshopify.com/
Nice move. You are too good to not be independent!! Thanks
after i figuerd out how i can resolve my error, i can't get any game to recognize the shifter. I reloadet the software multiple times, but i can't get it working. I don't get any errors or anything else. ETS2 recognize the arduino, but no imputs from it
Hi! I bought your 3d models and instructions to DAZ racing ultimate Force Feedback Direct-Drive steering wheel.
And is it possible to get 3d models in F3D format? For Fusion360? Thank you very much for your work!
P.S. Very cool project! good luck with new projects and I'm waiting for updates on YouTube)
u an just open the 3mf files in Fusion
Ah ok
Hello DAZ. I bought the "DAZ racing ultimate Force Feedback Direct-Drive steering wheel" files but couldn't find the template to drill holes on the actual metal wheel. Did i miss something?
Oh, thanks for letting me know, I think I forgot it
Hello! Since in your setup you choose to use a different enconder (MT6701) would it be possible for you to share a version of the original base wihtout the encoder motor mount and with the mount for the MT6701? Thx in advance :)
I don't know whats going wrong, but the upload gets done, but it wont get detected in ETS2 or FM8.... I get this message under the code thing in the arduino software: "Connecting to programmer: "
Found programmer: Id = "CATERIN"; type = S
Software Version = 1.0; No Hardware Version given.
Programmer supports auto addr increment.
Programmer supports buffered memory access with buffersize=128 bytes.
Programmer supports the following devices:
Device code: 0x44
"
Can you or someone else help me?
(I use the recomendet Arduino (R3) from the parts-list)
It's about the shifter*
do you (DAZ) have an idea what i did wong or what could lead to this ? ( I bought the DAZ-Shifter and i have it next to me, but cant use ist :( )
Hi there
Could you share STEP files for customization?
Unfortunately not since it's on sale and not open source
Good Day. I am interested in building the shifter. But my question is if there are step files for the whole assembly thats bolted down to the wood.
I dont have a wood base nor i want to use one. I want to be able to mount it on aluminum profile. Is there a way to provide that adjustment somehow?
Or step files for the pieces that are bolted down to the wood ?
You can modify them on the slicer, so you can bolt them down to a 4040 profile, thats wha I did.
Hello, the clunky.3mf from the Shifter can't be opened in Bambu Studio, could you please reupload it?
Thank you!
Hi, I am making the 3d printed pedals set but I'm using a different kind of loadcell so mine doesn't have m8 screws like the 3d footpad file you provided, can you make an m6 screw version of the footpad so it compatible with my loadcel? my loadcell is czl601, the screw that loadcell used is m6 and space between 2 screw holes are 15mm. Thank you!
Thanks for telling me, I'll add the modifiable step files for the needed components do that you can modify them yourself
Thank you so much!
hi im trying to upload your pedal software but i am getting following error on arduino ide
error: 'Joystick_' does not name a type; did you mean 'Joystick'?
and after this it gives bunch of other errors related to joystick. could you please help
Probably yes, I think you accidentally deleted something in the code. I currently don't have a PC on hand to check but you can copy and paste it to chatgpt and it will 100% find the issue
Thanks for purchasing!
Hello! I also just finished the whole shifter and doing the final steps after working around a few things with the project and its files, but I also got the same issue when directly opening the file and uploading the code. Dkongul did you find the solution? If not can DAZ, can you upload the corrected code? (Im trying to only build the shifter, if that helps)
I had this same issue, apparently he used an old library file, that is not recognized by the SW. I had to ask Copilot to point me in the direction of it to download it, but also the coding was not working properly, so I also asked Copilot and he gave me new coding that worked, but for that you have to tell Copilot all the micro switch combinations , hopefully you color coded your cables so you can tel it (1st gear, cable orange with cable green) and so forth, 3rd and 4th only touch 1 microswitch and thats important. hope that helps, It as scary, but maybe about 2 hrs of disscusing with Copilot, got it done and now it works.
Thanks to all of you for pointing out the issue, I'll check the code tomorrow and upload the fixed version with the updated libraries. I'll also include them if I can.
I kindly ask if you could confirm that the code works when I upload it tomorrow (you'll probably get a notification when I do)
Thanks

I've started the build.. would you be able to share a .step of the drilling template please ?
Bonjour compter vous ajouter la marche arrière sur votre projet de la boîte à vitesse en H ? Merci vous.
You don't specify the length of the M8 rod. Also a PDF of the assembly exploded would be a great reference during building.
Yes, need this info as well. Just bought the shifter, looking for parts to order, but don't know what the length is.
After rewatching the video I went with a 100mm version. It looks like it's mostly used for cutting the 4 "gate pins" that help direct the shifter travel to not money shift. I should have the parts on a few days from Alli X. I'll post a follow up after the build.
Thanks for updating the shifter with the instructions!
Can you please include IGS, STEP, or parasolid x_t x_b files? Trying to make an assembly in Solidworks and the already included 3D print models are hard to work in assembly. I already have a lot of hardware, shafts, screws, etc., in inch/US dimensions that I would like to adopt, so I don't have to buy more hardware than I already have on hand. Thanks!!!
I unfortunately can't export it in .step or any other modifiable format
Please re-export the clunky.3mf indexer. The file is corrupt and not able to open.
I also have the same issue, the other files are working
Hello, I purchased and downloaded the model, but not all the necessary 3MF files are included to complete the project.
Thanks for the download. The problem is due to the cults 3D servers, try downloading them again in an incognito window, if that doesn't work please send me an email with proof of purchase and I'll send them to you. You can find my email in my yt channel
email sent
downloaded the zip file but some files are curropted and almost all stl files are missing. I only see the indexer profiles, (sequencial and smooth, also the template) but thats it, the rest are not there
Thanks for letting me know, that's a problem with cults 3D. I will check now but in the main time send me an email with the proof of purchase and I'll send them to you
email sent, thanks for the quick response.
hey Daz, I finally got all my parts and built the shifter, but your code has missing files, as the Joystick library is abscent or non existant even on the downloaded SW libraries, hell, I did get help from Copilot as I couldnt get the coding to upload to the arduino, I finally had to create new coding to make it work. I also made a mod to the STL files and replaced your shifter legs with bigger and blind holes so I could attach it to a aluminum profile rig, im still working on the mountingto my rig part but it works great. you might want to check on the code as it was impossible to make it work with yours.
Thanks for letting me know, I'll check it but it was probably an issue related to installing the libraries and I can't do much to fix that.
Thanks again!
Copilot said that the library used was an older version of, but the one needed is not listed as part of the libraries in the SW, so it needs to be downloaded from github.
also the clunky STL file is missing and its needed, as soon as you grease the mechanism, you loose all the clunkyness fron the smooth version.
it says that there is no geometry on the file, tried several times, even downloaded your new package, and its still a broken clunky file.
I've re-uploaded the 3mf file, could you please check that is not corrupted?
yes, thank you, the clunky file is good now.
I was about to pay for the shifter files, but now my cart is empty and the file page is not working. The link on your youtube page is also now broken and I cant see it in your profile.
I bought the first version of the steering wheel and I am planning to upgrade the circuits to a remote control board, will the wiring still be the same as the red board? Thanks
Also a quick thing I forgot to add, since the material list combines the upgraded and non upgraded versions of the builds together, would you be able to list the materials that were added on for the upgraded version/what they are replacing? Would really appreciate that.
Hi. I have your shifter files but missed out on the build instructions. Any chance I can have a copy to aid assembly pleasew.
