the bear with heart does not sit flat ? does it need supports just for bottom of the teddy bear?
Hi the bear sits flat on the buildplate. It doesn't need supports, but this setting depends on your printer's cooling capability.
If you need a flatter bottom surface, you can set the position of the model -0.2mm on the Z axis

ou have to use the original insulation foam ring. Simply remove it from the original and slide it in the 3d printed one. You should be able to remove it without breaking it with the help of a knife.
