I made an offer of your flexi jellyfish, but it still shows pending... Can you accept or deny my offer please. Thank you.

Put in an offer for the funny faced jelly fish....but still says pending...

Hi! We ordered the flexijellyfish and one got one model. List states two models. We are missing the one with the tounge hanging out. Thanks in advance for your help.

Is it possible to get a commercial license for you Gnome?

hello, I purchased the Jellyfish but did not see the multicolor file, did i miss something?

Hi, sorry for the slow reply. It's not a multi color file. the pictures you see have been painted.

Can you get a commercial license for this file?

Hi Birdbott, I really like your 3d print model of dean the dino. Is there a way I can get an authority or buy the model so i can sell this? Thanks and have a great day :)

hello, i am writing to find out if you still have an stl file for an articulated alligator, i would send a pic if I knew how. my laptop crashed and i lost a bunch of files. if you have the file would you let me know where to get it

Can I sell finished products

i also have bad over hangs even with supports on the dino should i change print quality or nozzle? i have v3 se only two options in slicer normal and quality wich changes not much i dont think

Sorry for the slow reply. There is one claw that has issues with the dino and we found tree supports and an extra support on that claw works best. Sometimes we just glue it on, too.

I have done all those things and tried about 10 times. My other fine prints with legs like these are working just fine.

Sorry again for the slow response, I haven't been getting on here much. I don't know why it's not working for you. It sounds like you know how to work prints like this. Have you tried slowing down the print? I had one machine that had a hard time with this one, but my other machine handled it with no issues. But the other machine had a hard time with flexi's in general.

I downloaded a great design by you, #67485455. When I went to print it my Dremel slicer said it would take 20 hours and use 143 grams. Does that make sense to you? Thank you for taking the time to reply because I would like to print 10 for my grandchildren. Grateful, as always, Jerry

Sorry for the slow response. Ive never had a design take 20 hours. Which one are you looking at? Maybe change the quality to .2?

I can't get this to print (jellyfish). They all mess up on the legs even at low speed.

Sorry for the slow response. The Jellyfish legs can be tricky. When I'm having issues, I know it's time to do some maintenance on my machine. I find if I replace my nozzle (if you don't have a steel one) and make sure all the wheels and belts are tightened, and that the bed is level, then I get printing like new again

Hi,

Love you design but I have a question. Printing in multicolour is a long proces. How can I split the stem from the lid? I tried it in tinkered but no luck....

Can you help me out?

Thanks,

Al from Holland

Hey, sorry for the slow reply. We don't have the stem and lid separated, sorry. You should be able to do it in 3d designing software, but I'll chat with our designer and see if he has some time to do it.

are the jellyfish x2 multi color or single color

Single color. But they are different files

bonjour , c'est au sujet de vaut pieuvre "jellyfish " qui les modèle ne charge pas sur cura
merci de votre compréhension

Hi I am having problems with the legs not moving they are very stiff trying to move them they break them and there is no hole for second set of legs, the settings are no supports so what am I doing wrong please help

Hey. This is not telling me which project we are talking about.
However, making sure your plate is level is very important and that it isn't getting an elephant foot. Also, adjusting your layer height to a lower level can help. Slowing down the first layer can help. And lastly, if I have an old nozzle, replacing that can help.

Sorry jellyfish x2

That's what I was thinking. It was just a generic message on my end, though. So my tips apply to that.

Sorry I missed this message!
I haven't used that printer before, so I don't have settings. We've used prusa and ender 3. Ender 3 takes a bit more tweaking.

Is it posibel to get permission to sell the models I print of your designs.. ?

merry christmas to you

Hello, fantastic designs!! PHX.XYZ llc would love to add your designs to our available prints. Your designs would all be under your logo and name for credit. We look forward to what you have planned next. Thank you!

If have a link to your patreon account if have one would happily pay and join on it as I have with many other developers, you just don't have a link up,

Hello I am new to the 3d world I got into it about a month and a half ago, my kids and I have been getting pretty decent with printing even with our single extruder anycubic s pro, now have found a trick to take total artistic control of my prints as now me and my kiddos can mix and blend any colors there us unlimited amount, and variety as Long as around the same print temp as the other filaments used the options are endless, working on now getting a buisness license to sell 1 of a kind single sculptures as we learn to design, and get permission as long as pay for and or get permission to make 1 of a kind very high quality jellys giving you full credit for design and the engineering also either pay you for rhe right to sell your brand if purchase files, I've done the same already with dragons and got permission and before I sell or even attempt to sell anything or allow my children I want to make sure we do what is right and give credit where deserved along with not offend or disrespect anyone's creations, will add a few pics of my work so can see what our little alaska store will be capable of, and are garenteed one of a kind no 2 alike, and my kids and my 3d store email is "BUYWERID.AK.@GMAIL.COM", and as can see I would add your logo to the advertisements and store as well, and pay whatever I need to to use it as long as not unreasonable amount happily pay, thank you and can email me back to that email with any link or way me and my kids up here in Alaska can get permission at least for the jellys, and figured didn't hurt to contact and ask and this is the only way could find sorry it's public

This is about a month to 45 days of printing, examples from start to what can do now, and we are still in process of getting small buisness licenses and have more printers in the mail on the way, I am just before we do anything trying to reach out to quality respectable designers who we truly love and enjoy their work to see if could in any way become an authorized seller of the printed product not the file itself, but finished artisticly printed one of a kind prints,,, thank you and truly love and respect your work and understand if not ok, either way you both have talent and get much respect for me, your work brings smiles to me and the others that see it, thank you and have a GREAT day, David S. Tracy. And kids from BuyWierd.AK

Hello, We are a company that produces filaments for 3D printers. I wanted to ask for a permission: we love your project and would like to 3D print it using our filament and publish the photo after printing on our website.

That would be great. Just please provide us the credit.

Thank you

This is a really cool print, but I am having trouble with the lower section. Is it possible to get a version that does not have the birdbott letters on the bottom of the lower section. Those letters are making portions thin enough that they are failing to print. I understand wanting to add your name to the print, but it should not be in a place that makes it harder to succeed at printing it.

Hi. We currently don't have a version without our brand on it. Our designer has had to take a break from 3D printing because his "real" job is taking up too much time. I'll pass on this info to him. In the meantime, a clean plate help a lot with adhesion issues. I know I have had problems in the past with Flexi's in general because there are so many different touch points and that has usually been the thing that helps the most. You can clean your plate with isopropyl alcohol and it will get off the oils left from your hands.
