I understand that there is a serious issue with the extremely small default scale and, specifically for the problematic model, the awful resolution when scaled up. I appreciate you letting us know that the other three models did not have the same resolution issue when scaled to 900%.

We will immediately check the file for the relevant model and investigate the cause of the resolution loss. We will contact you again as soon as the revised file is ready. We appreciate your patience while we work on this.

We sincerely apologize for the issue of splitting the model into individual colors for multi-color printing. This is currently not possible, so we have provided a single STL file.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to manually paint the model using slicer software that supports multi-color printing.

We will use your feedback as a reference for future model production.

Thank you for your interest in my model.
The file definitely contains the 3D model.
It’s possible that the object appears very small or outside the print area in your slicer.
Sometimes slicers don’t load the model properly.
If you let me know which slicer you are using (such as Cura or PrusaSlicer), I’ll be happy to help you solve the issue.

Hallo , sorry das ich mich erst jetzt wieder melde ! Also ich bin anfänger im druck . Ich habe von Aniycubic einen Slicer benutzt dort habe ich es geschaft die Größe zu ändern nun erkennt mein Drucker die Figuren aber er sieht kurz nach druck beginn nur fäden.

There could be several possible causes, but first, please make sure the model adheres firmly to the print bed.
If it’s difficult to achieve good adhesion, using a brim or a raft can be effective.
If it still doesn’t stick well, try adjusting the model’s orientation or angle to make it easier to adhere.
Regarding the stringing during printing, it might be caused by the slicer settings or moisture in the filament.
