Do you take special request? I am looking for a 3d model similar to a Dummy 13, but more resembling a human plumber, not a robot. Articulation should be similar but doesnt have to be AS complex. You created a plumber model that I really liked the idea of. I would need the model to not be released to the public as it would be used for private distribution.

Hello. On August 5th / 2025 I ordered a file from your shop #132014145, The 14 stations of the cross. I just started my project about 2 weeks ago and the Stations 1 to 10 cut perfect,After attempting Station 11 twice,, I moved on to cut 12 to 14, I re-tried the Station 11,and same out come. with about 3 minutes left in the roughing stage with the CNC router, it totally runs out of control, cutting away Jesus completely then moving on to cut away everything else. After the other 13 stations cut near perfect,I believe the problem lies in that station 11 file. Hopefully you can send me that file again,but repaired, Thank you. Charles Lalonde

What you’re experiencing sounds more like the end mill may have shifted or moved out of place during the roughing stage.
I recommend carefully checking your CNC machine setup and making sure everything is tightly secured to prevent the problem from happening again.
Thank you for your response. With that being said, I can also assure you,that almost 3 years of Carving with my CNC, on a daily basis, I know my machine very well ,and when something goes not according to plan, I manage to pin point the cause very easily. Like i said,after the first attempt failed,, I checked the machine for faults you have mentioned,, I pulled up the file to see if was an operator error. Everything was fine. I attempted again, and same results. At the 3 minute remaining mark,it started taking out everything. I called it a day yesterday. This morning I cut out 12 / 13 / 14 with no issues. I tried the 11 station again after that,and same results,right at the 3 minute remaining mark.I dont really want to go on with the back and forth thing. I will just try to find a separate file that depicts the nailing to the cross station I am incorporating these stations into another part of a project. Thank you for your time.

I’m sorry for the trouble you went through with Station 11. From my experience, issues like the one you described are almost never related to the G-code itself but rather to something happening on the machine side. That being said, I’m glad to hear you were able to find a solution and complete your project successfully.
