Dropper for 5 ml bottle

I got an assortment of 35 essential oils that only came with 4 glass bulb droppers. The bottles won't fit in their case with those, so I designed these droppers that will allow them to fit.

The bottles are about 41 mm tall. The bottle shown is not squeeze bottle. It is glass. The vent tube reaches near the bottom of the bottle to provide flow when the bottle is tipped. The bottle opening is about 7.5 mm.

I'm including two versions. One with a 1.1 mm hole for ease of flow control and thin oils. And one with a 1.4 mm hole for faster flow or thicker oils.

Though these are more rigid than the stopper plugs the bottles came with, with the cap on these will stay sealed even if left laying on their side.

I tried making one without the vent tube, stepping up the hole size 1/64" (0.4 mm) at a time. It would not flow out until enlarged to 13/64" (5.2 mm), and then it would dump way more than a drop.
