Hello!
I present to you the WA2000 HPA (for AMOEBA STRIKER MAGAZINE) project with a very solid construction that you can do yourself at home using simple tools!
In addition to a 3D printer with a 250x250x250 work table, you will also need:
Soldering rod (fot insert inserts)
Drill (I recommend a column drill, but it is not necessary if you know how to drill)
Grinder with a steel cutting disc
M4 and M6 taps (for steel)
Drills with a diameter of 3.3mm and 5mm
WD40 or other lubricant - it will be needed for drilling and threading
Glue for plastic (for pla if you use pla for print)
WA2000 consists of an aluminum rod 25x15 with a length of 870mm and a steel profile 25x25 with a length of 870mm and a wall thickness of 2mm (internal dimension 21x21).
And from 3D printed elements with inserts.
The files contain a model of an aluminum rod and a steel profile. You can print them (you have to split them) to have a pattern of how to drill holes and cut sockets. Or if you want a replica for the shelf then use them. The holes in the model of profile and rod are not threaded. You have to hand-thread them
To make a threaded hole M4 and M6, mark the drilling points according to the diagram included in the instructions.
Then for M4 thread use a 3.3mm (or 3.4mm) drill bit
Clean the hole.
Grease the tap and lightly tap
Repeat the same operation for the M6 hole. Use a 5mm (or 5.1mm) drill bit for this.
To cut out the socket for the magazine and trigger assembly, use a grinder with a steel cutting disc. Paint the outline of the cutout according to the attached documentation. The holes should be through. Don't worry if the cutting line goes beyond the outline, these holes will be completely covered by the housing.
The project is designed to minimize the supports!
You will find a list of other necessary items in the instructions and photos.
The WA2000 is designed for various HPA engines. The trigger assembly works with the TITAN II and others.
The trigger lock only works for the TITAN II.
Of course, in addition to the parts and tools listed, you need:
HPA engine
Controller
Battery
HU chamber in M4 standard
Barrel minimum length 650mm but I recommend 700mm
AMOEBA STRIKER magazine
The instructions with photos and descriptions will guide you through the process of assembling the WA2000
