finally upgrade for trapezoidal screw for 3Drag/K8200 V3

With this thing you can change the default screw (M8) with a trapezoidal srew 10x2 D. You must not move the motor and installation is really simple. You can read more here (Italian blog):

-1 trapezoidal screw 10x2 D

-printed parts

-1 coupler 5-10mm (for motor-screw)

-2 trapezoidal nut (one for moving the carriage and the other to secure the screw above)

-1 ball bearing (10mm int - 31mm ext)

NEW VERSION
I have add the new version for the support. Now is specular. I've use the new trapezoidal nut, hand made. The new bill of materials:

-2 nut M5

-1 flexible coupler

The new version is V3. Now i'he improved the anti-backlash system. Upload the new draw. We have eliminate the flexible coupler, now the screw is on motor. For more info see photos ;)

You must print the things with 0,2 layer, in ABS. The infill is 50-60%.
