Slot Racing chassis with steering

STL files to print a 1:32 Slot Racing chassis.

It's not mandatory but you need a "donor" car: for this file, the first one, I took a Ninco Porsche 996.

Otherwise a standard transmission and slot motor are sufficient.

You need more than that:

• 6 CHC screws 2x5 or 2x6 mm

• 1 washer 2x4

• 2 screws 1.4 x 3 (glasses)

Dimensions :

• Wheelbase adjustable from 70 to 80 mm

• Minimum rear track: 58 mm

• Front track: 54 mm

I own an Ender 3 and the files are specially designed to be printed in 3D.

For settings, I use :

• a standard PLA

• a 0.2 mm nozzle

• Layer height: 0.12

• Line width: 0.2

• Wall thickness : 0.6

• Printing temperature: 205 °C

• Tray temperature: 50 °C

• Printing speed: 40.0 mm/s

• Printing speed of the wall: 20.0 mm/s

• Initial layer speed: 10 mm/s

• Activation of withdrawal

• 100% fan

• Generating the 60° brackets

Tips :

• Prefer piece-by-piece printing

• A simple skirt is enough...

• Glass tray with micro perforation créality

With these settings, I don't have any grip problems.

• Remember to check and adjust your extrusion rate for the 0.2 mm nozzle, the parameters are in your printer...
