If you need to make the wall thicker or thinner or you need any other size of the model use:

On slic3r (XY compensation)

On Cura (horizontal size expansion)

On PrusaSlicer (XY size compensation)

On Simplify3D (horizontal size compensation)

Negative if you need thinner walls, positive if you need thicker walls, until the preview in your slicer shows what you are looking for.

(You can use this method to change the size or the cutter in the slicer and use this feature to compensate the deformations of the walls)

How to fix under extrusion after travel:

How do you know if you have this issue? Most of the print is perfect but you will see some wavy lines or thin areas next to your Z seam. If you view travel in your slicer preview you will see the issue occurs right next to the travel lines. In this example it is clear filament is missing, in less extreme cases it is simply wavy.

How to fix it: Use extra prime to increase pressure after travel. Start with 0.05, if it doesn't fix it go to 0.1, then 0.15 and finally 0.2. If you have to go higher than that then your under extrusion is likely being caused by something else. Going higher than 0.2 will likely cause over extrusion in other areas.

In PrusaSlicer set this in Printer Settings → Extra Length on Restart.

In Cura it's under Travel → Retraction Extra Prime Amount
