You can print from bambu. The STL files will open in any slicer, but there is also a 3mf project files for printers with ams. Please unzip/extract and you will see all the files.

Hi There - I just purchased theFlexi Print in Place Skeleton Hand... First time stringy and not good adhesion.. Tried second time slowing the printer down,, Same thing.. What can I do? Its says detecting spagetti defects..Please let me know what I can do... Thank You!

Try a brim or a thin layer of glue stick as you may be losing adhesion. But stringing can be so many things. Check your PLA and make sure it is dry. Check heat/cool settings. Here is a lot of info to review: https://www.simplify3d.com/resources/print-quality-troubleshooting/stringing-or-oozing/

I purchased the flexi shark and it keeps printing the ribs to the side I’ve done everything to fix it but they all print with the same mess up in the exact same spot

Can you send a photo to flexifactory@gmail.com. If it is slicing correctly and the file didn't corrupt... it's a materials/settings/printer issue. Maybe losing adhesion or the extruder is knocking it.

I sent a message there as well, actually though I got one to print almost perfect (top fin messed up, speed issue I think) but I took the file and loaded it on blender, didn’t do anything to it just exported it as a new file and it printed without messing up (well again except for the top fin)

I joined your patreon over the weekend, amd purchased the skeleton off my mini factory. Do you happen to know what scale the skeleton needs to be so a 6mm magnet would fit into the back of the head. I found out a 110% increases the hole to 5.5mm. Just curious if you knew the answer

That skeleton does not have a magnet hole. That is for hanging and goes all the way through... so I think you would have trouble securing it in there. I made the mini skeleton for magnets and it is available to you as a member in the bonus files :)

You should be able to download anything you purchase for free. Just make sure to login the same way and with the same account you purchased it from.

hi new member and i just printed the monkey.super ..cute...does the tail just snap in? it seems much larger than the hole in the body. also the mf file is only the monkey. do you have mf files for the other stuff? i only have stl files in the zip folder

Hi! The tail does snap in and 100% fits as long as you did not scale any part of the file. It is larger than the hole because it "locks. " Also, i provide 3mf files for almost all of my designs. Please check and make sure you have all the zips for the files and fully extract them. For the monkey though, there is no zip, just 5 stl files and one 3mf project file right at the top of the list.
