I don't have any regular space marines so I've shown this next to a primaris space marine and a death guard marine. It is about the same height as the death guard marine so the scale looks right.
The mold lines are almost invisible printing with resin at .05mm. After airbrush black primer, white for highlights, and the base color it is indistinguishable from a plastic model.

I would suggest adding a version with holes for magnetizing the arms. Also if you release legs for a marine builder please include holes in the feet for pinning to a base.
