It's done. Unfortunately I had a few problems with the acrylic glass. First I made the mistake of cutting the glass to deep with my cnc, resulting in molten material scratching the surface and clotting the end mill. Then I used super glue to glue the acrylic glass to the wood. This resulted in some white 'fallout' and many little cracks. At last the metal marbles did not fill the largest square good enough for the exhibit to really work. Anyway, the design is a great idea and I did learn a few things related to acrylic glass ...
