This file was quite fun to make and build. Had no issues with the file itself aside from the handle being two tube sections that had a bit of issue lining up. The winding spiral details on the handle were a bit wonky at the connection point in the middle of the handle, but that could easily be fixed with sanding and putty to blend it easier. I struggled a bit with making it look seamless due to this, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Aside from that tiny section, the sword itself was beautiful. If I recall correctly, this project took two weeks to print non-stop (cannot recall the speed I used but it could be done faster given a larger printer and higher speed). The sword itself was taller than me (5’6”), so it’s a very large prop, as resembled in the anime. I ended up leaving one of the blade sections out to make it shorter (as per con regulation) but the pictures I attached are the size with one section (~30cm) missing.
