Hi
What is the scale?

Hi,
The scale depends of the model, we'll happy to give you the upscale ratio to print your files in the precise scale you want. For information, all our files are compatible from the 6/10mm to the 28mm or even above.
Have a great day.
Kind regards,

My scale is 1/160, 2mm I believe (have no idea in mm's)

Yes, our files can be printed in this scale, but it will need to downscale them by a ratio we can give for each model.

HARTOLIA-MINIATURES
Hello,
Yes, but we don't know exactly when it will be available.
Kind regards,

Do you have a list of just the buildings that can be done on a regular 3D filament printer?

Hello,
Yes, indeed, it is an important information. We are currently working on setting up the possibility to sort the models on our online webshop according to the possibility or not to print it in FDM, it will be available very soon.
Kind regards,

Hello! I am new to 3D printing and your models caught my eyes. I currently bought one of your models and was having difficulty with it. I was wondering if your models need supports to print, and if so, if the supports come included in the design or not. I do have a resin printer, which I noticed you recommend for your prints. Any other advice would be great! Thanks, and looking forward to buying your designs

Hello,
Yes, some of our printed are recommanded to be printed with a resin printer, including the one you bought. This one needs support, your difficulties can come from this point.
You can contact us here if you need any help : contact@hartolia-miniatures.fr

What is the scale of your ancient buildings?

Hello,
The Greek & Roman temples are provided in around 1:900e but can be re-scale to be printed in any other scale.
Kind regards,

hey, I downloaded your hollow knight with sword, the legs are scaled a lot bigger, can you tell me how to make them match?

Hello,
Sorry, you just need to downscale the 2 legs to 10% of the original size. The files has been updated.
Have a great day.

Hola recomiendas que se imprima con resina, mi impresora es de filamento¿ puedo hacerlas igualmente? gracias

Hello,
You can of course try to print this files with a FDM printer, but you will surely need lot of supports and you will loose a part of the model details.
Have a great day !
Kind regards,

Hi, love the models!!
Are you planning on doing Cold war era vehicles like Hind d, hind A, apache, cobra, eurocopter, amx family, VAB family?

Hi,
Thank you for your support ! No, currently, we don't plan to propose this type of files, sorry. Have a great day !
Kind regards,

Hi, I am trying to print the "Destroyed floored urban building 21 - Flames of war Bolt Action WW2 Modern Warhammer"
However only the walls of the first storey and roof sections sit on the bed, there is a small gap under the floor which Cura will not provide supports for.
I've also tried printing using resin, but have the same problem with Chitubox.
Please advise

Hello,
The object has been designed so that the contact points with the other parts of the building are flat, but the rest is less flat to improve the realism. This is not a problem in case of resin printing that you will have to orientate the object and add support (as for any resin printing), in FDM printing if you encounter difficulties just add a raft + supports.
Have a nice day.
Kind regards,

Hi. I recently purchased your Sturmtiger and Katyushka models and want to print them at the small scale required for the Axis Allies game, but am afraid they will be too small to print. I have a resin machine, so I know it can handle detail, but scaling the individual parts and printing them will make for a hard print. What is your advice? Could there be a way to just print one fully assembled, solid model? If it helps for authenticity, I can give my order #. I'm sorry for the trouble.

Hello,
In which scale exactly do you want print them ?
Have a great day.
Kind regards,

10/15mm please. Thank you. Sorry for the late response.

Hello,
A good way to print them in small scales is to print merge files. I've uploaded such models to help you, you should be able to download them.
Have a great day.
Kind regards,

Ok. Are they in the same file pack as the ones that I purchased, or are they a separate purchase?

Yes, the files had been added to the items you purchased.

HELLO THIS IS THE FILE, I MADE THE PAYMENT BUT I CAN'T GET IT TO DOWNLOAD:
SD.KFZ. 251-1AUSF. A - WW2 GERMAN FLAMES OF WAR BOLT ACTION 15MM 20MM 25MM 28MM 32MM

Hello,
The file works perfectly, you have to go in your profile, in "Download", and click on the download button.
Best regards,

hola... no consigo descargar el archivo...

Hello,
Which files ?
Best regards,

Hello, We are a company that produces filaments for 3D printers. I wanted to ask for a permission: we love your project and would like to buy it, 3D print using our filament and publish the photo after printing on our website. We would mark you as an author under the picture.

Hello,
No, sorry, we don't propose commercial partnership. Thank you for your understanding, have a great day !

Hi there, I purchased your ruined building 8 ww2 model to try out. This line of models look super well done, however I'm afraid of how difficult they are going to actually be to print with the large amount of intricate overhangs that may give a lot of trouble on FDM? Just looking at the files I have I know some parts are going to be a headache to get supported properly without possibly failing.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, you're right, this file need some supports, but not so much. And if you print in FDM, it's normal that the very tiny parts (metal cables that hang down, in particular) can hardly be printed : they are more adapted for resin printing.
Have a great day !
Best regards,
Adrien

Are the files designed for 10/15mm scale then scaled up to 28mm. or are they designed in 28mm scale and just scaled down. I have purchased a fgew files such as theses... the look good in 15mm but loose much detail and look rather wonky at 28 or 32mm

Hello,
Most of our models are designed initially for 28mm, in order to design them with the most details possible, but they are totally compatible with 15mm.
Have a great day !
Best regards,
Adrien

i recently purchased the ruined building with tower, and it only came with 2 files, which were the tower

Hello,
Yes, sorry for the inconvenience : I added the two missing files, you should be able to download them now.
Have a great day !
Best regards,
Adrien

to make a house in 1/35 scale how to do it? how many millimeters are they? do you have the measurements for the slicer?

Hello,
Depending of the model, but it's very easy to adapt a building to a scale, I advice you to calculate the height of the door and to adapt it at your scale (in reality a front door is around 2m10 height)
Have a great day !
Best regards,
Adrien

Bonjour,

.

Parfait, bonne journée à vous de même !

Hi, may I print it in 54mm?
Thanks in advance.
Ricardo

Hi !

Most of our models are compatible with the 54mm scale. What articles are you interessed in ?
Have a great day.

Best regards,

Adrien

hola, buenas tardes. podrian decirme las medidas exactas de las puertas y ventanas. es por saber si me podrian servir para unas piezas que ya tengo y les faltan puertas y ventanas.
gracias.

Hello,
Yes, about which items ? The sizes of the models can be very easily changed to correspond to your needs.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Adrien

I love the look of all your WWII armor models, except for the battle damaged elements. If I played with single models it would be OK, but having multiple of the same model with the same damage pattern just doesn't look right. Is there any possibility of 'undamaged' models in the future?

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your support ! Sorry, currently I don't plan to propose "undamaged" WW2 armors, but maybe in the future.
Have a nice day.

Best regards,

Adrien

one of the arms is way to small do you know how much I need to scale it up

Hello,

I just checked, and the parts seem to scale. Maybe there is a problem on your side?
Here are the dimensions for information (Z axis):
Arm_1: 34.04mm
Arm_2: 33.48mm

Have a nice day.

Best regards,

Adrien
