Hello I have a question regarding putting the pin in the A220 fusealages. I increased the scale to 115% of everything and I can't figure out how the pin goes inside. Hopefully you can explain. Look forward to your response.

Hi, first insert the pin in the slot in one half of the fuselage, then connect the other half to the pin. If you have issues getting the fuselage halfs to fit, then you can try adjusting the scale of the pin. Hope this helps!

Hi, unfortunately this won't be possible at 100% scale, the minimum required print volume is 12,6x12,6x19,2cm. You could print the model at a smaller scale (~90%) and glue the parts together.

I friend. Your model airplanes are the best. To day I bought your 747-100 and I was thinking if you could modify 2° level; only add windows to convert to 747-200. It's only difference between those airplanes. I´m apologise for my bad English.

It is not possible to print Stabilizer Right and Stabilizer Left, if I analyze it in CURA (latest version), it tells me that the mesh is not solid and can print badly, in fact it happened, the Ender 3 S1 printer, stopped in the middle of printing and it gave the message that it is the end of the file (?), dear Clerk, do you have any idea what could be the problem?, I have already printed many parts of the model and I am missing the tail stabilizers and the wings, to tell you the truth I love it this plane and I don't want to throw everything away because I can't print these parts.

If you have any idea how to fix this I would really appreciate it.

Hi Richard, I printed this model myself using Cura 4.12.1 and an Ender 3 Pro and did not experience any issues. I also did not get any errors when slicing the stabilizers in Cura 5.0.0. Could you check you print settings (the default Cura 0.2mm profile should slice without issues)? Other issues could occur if you are not printing with a 0.4mm nozzle or are printing the files at a reduced scale. Perhaps you could also try generating your own supports for the stabilizers in Cura by using the version of the stabilizers without the build in supports that is included in the "additional content.zip" folder. Hope this helps!

Hi, Your models are by far the nicest that I have seen. I would really like to have a 1/18th scale P-39 Airacobra to hang from my ceiling but all the models that I have downloaded are just not up to your standards. For the past few months I've been designing my own in Fusion 360 and all I've accomplished is the basic fuselage and wing shapes. It's a lot harder than it seems :-) Anyway if you could be persuaded to tackle this project I would be extremely grateful and would be willing to compensate you handsomely. I'm just looking for a nicely detailed model with the gear doors closed and no cockpit. I could even share my Fusion 360 project with you if that would help. Thank you, Gene

Since I´ve been a fan of your work for quite some time now and was always amazed by the quality and design of your blueprints, I wondering (and perhaps a few others on cults3d.com as well) whether you would be willing to make the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy or the Junkers Ju 52 - however you seem it fit. I´d feel honoured if you could make either of those and hope I am not sounding too demanding.

I am looking to get your Boeing 747-400 and scale it up to 1:100 scale. What is the biggest part to be printed and would it fit into a 210x210x180 mm print box if it's scaled up?

Unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to print it at 1:100 scale. The minimum required print volume at 1:144 scale is already is 81x110x180 mm, so you'll be limited by your Z-axis.

Hi, the different versions are mainly included to allow the model to be printed on smaller printers. But other than that, you can choose whichever option you prefer. I have also replied to your email.

Bonjour, il est possible d'imprimer le fuselage en creux mais je ne suis pas sûr qu'il sera possible d'enlever les hublots. Vous pouvez essayer cela avec un programme d'édition STL comme Autodesk Meshmixer ou essayer de les supprimer physiquement après l'impression.
