I printed the 6-high vase to help it hold flowers better.

The core is black PETG, printed at 125% flow and 50% print speed in vase mode, and I did check that it was properly watertight.

The outside is Polyterra Candy Pink PLA, which is really smooth, and prints like a charm.

Just make sure to hold it from the bottom if you're moving the vase or it'll slip out from the bottom, and it makes quite the splash!
