I have made this shakuhachi flute with Tinkercad (https://www.tinkercad.com/things/cn0NjqsvHNd-shakuhachi-in-e). All measurements are according to a real tuning in E and the mouthpiece has the ideal angles. However, it may require some fine tuning. This is the alpha version. I plan to make another version in multiple pieces to allow printing on a smaller printer.
I uploaded one stl file of the entire flute, one file in which I cut the flute into 5 pieces and files of the individual pieces for separate printing. There is a joint between piece 2 and 3. It may require some polishing before it fits. To connect piece 1 and 2 as well as piece 3, 4 and 5, polish the end faces somewhat and use epoxy to glue them together. The mouthpiece may also require some gentle sharpening with polishing paper. It is modeled according to an original shakuhachi, it is highly playable and sounds great. I printed it in PLA with raft but no supports.
