Hola, si puedes acceder nuevamente a tu cuenta de Cults puedes volver a descargar todos los archivos antes comprados (o tambien puedes envianles un email indicandole que perdiste tu contraseña y que si la pueden volver a activar). Pero si no es el caso, me avisas para enviarte por email (que me indicas) un link para que puedes descargar mi V For Vendetta Guy Fawkes que compraste anteriormente (ya lo verifique). En cuanto a la Salamandra articulada, no vendo modelos articulados quizas sea de otro artista. Saludos :)

I did purchased the NECRONOMICON BOOK OF THE DEAD Keychain/Prop and was wondering if you had the uncut version you could send me or post. Hi Giovanni. I purchased both the KONG and GODZILLA stl files. Kong worked great, however, Godzilla does not loat into any of my slicing software (tried Cura (default), Longer, which came with my printer, and a couple other free slicing programs. Can I get a refund, or do you have an alternative solution?

Hello, I just checked the file and it works fine for me in CURA (v 5.0.0), but anyway I have uploaded another STL with a little less polygons so you can try it. I leave you this test video so you can see that it laminates without problems in both CURA and PRUSA Slicer (v 2.4.2). Cheers

Hello, when you upload the file to Cura you must scale it in proportion in X to 72mm and then print it. I send you two photos in the attached links so you can see the dimensions in Cura. I would also recommend if you can do a previous printing test by only printing the first layers of the model as I show you in the image PIC02.jpg so you can test that it fits well in the generic lighter before printing the entire model.
