The file you downloaded is the final STL optimized specifically for 3D printing.
To make the model printable (solid, watertight, correct wall thickness, no mesh errors), the geometry has been optimized and simplified compared to the render images. This is necessary to avoid failed prints, broken parts, or slicing errors.

Because of this:

• The product is not a CAD model, so I can’t provide a STEP file.
• I also can’t provide a higher-detail mesh, as that version is not printable and contains errors that would cause print failures.

The preview images are renders intended to show the overall shape and proportions of the car, while the delivered file prioritizes reliable printing and structural integrity, especially at small scales.

If you’d like, I can help you get the best possible result with this file:

• Let me know if you’re printing in FDM or resin
• The scale you’re using
• Your layer height / nozzle size (or resin layer height)

With the right settings, the model prints very cleanly and matches what most collectors expect at this scale.

For that reason, some very fine details are intentionally simplified to ensure the model can actually be printed without errors or breakage.

In most cases where a model is described as “not printable,” the issue comes from:

Printing at a too small scale

FDM settings (nozzle size / layer height)

Or slicer settings not suited for detailed models

Before considering a refund, I’m happy to help you get a correct result.

el archivo contiene dos modelos, uno detallado con interior pero que no está optimizado para impresion 3d y otro que si esta optimizado para impresion 3d pero que no tiene interior, es sólido.
La escala puedes ajustarla a tu gusto una vez tengas el modelo descargado.
