Trofeo del Torneo Masters de golf

Pretty cool design, wanted to gift a masters thing for a golf lover and this looked like a neat gift. I liked the way it was elevated and how the map and letters would be printed separately and snap together.

But I'm a bit disappointed it doesn't all work out as perfect as it looks. Perhaps my tolerances are just too far off.

The issues I have are the letters do not just "snap" into place like i expected, they are far too tight and tolerances are far too tight to snap them all in. Even when pressing them in, some letters are too thin they break. Even the ones that i can press in, won't stay in, they are mostly held in by a small piece somewhere on the letter and are held in more by gravity and imperfections than a snap fit.

The golf hole was too small for the flag pole so i had to drill that out. Not a huge deal, but the flag pole just isn't that sturdy the map sort of bends the pole, i don't expect this pole to last too long

The map it self snapped in just fine after a little deburring, so maybe all my issues are in my printer not being tuned enough.
