Hi Taeky, I just recently purchased the Sovol SV06 Plus fan duct design from you.
Today I received my Extrudr GreenTEC Pro Black filament due to the heat requirements you have listed. I ran several calibration tests, and it seems I have tuned my printer correctly for this filament. But when printing the duct keep getting overhang / adhesion problems at the bends. I have tried several temperatures and speeds, and nothing remedies my issue.
Sorry, I am new to 3D printing so I cannot describe my issue better. But here is a image link where I have posted several of my attempts: https://imgur.com/a/pkoNtqc
I am printing on my Sovol Sv06 plus using the Cura slicer with Klipper firmware.
Here is some settings I have tried so far:
Temp: The range of 215-230
Bed: 55-65
Brim: Enabled at 10mm
Speed: 35-60mm
Travel: 100-200
Wall: 1.2
Height: 0.2
Cooling: 40-100%
Infill: 0
I printed the duct as is. i.e I did not change the orientation.
Do you perhaps know what I am doing wrong? Should I add support? Perhaps, if you don't mind, you could share your Extrudr GreenTEC Pro print settings?
