can you make a print in place kolibri pistol rubber band gun?

I had to look that one up. It is tiny! I am sure it could be done but it would have to shoot those tiny hair rubberbands.

not to sound rude or anything.

Hi Walt, I really loved your model of Colt. but I'm facing the problem with printing it. could you send me the gcode(or stl, or cura project) with supports please?

Good morning, I bought the 1911R replica from cults, printed it at layer height 0.2 with 30% infill and tilted on the bed as recommended, but I couldn't get the blowback or trigger action. Any suggestions if I have to use horizontal expansion? he prints it in Biqu B1

Hi I bought your print in place gun and it will not let me download it

Sorry to hear that. You need to contact Cults customer service. I believe they can be reached at if they are unable to help email me at

Sir, I love this model. I have tried to print it about 6 times now. The last one failed at 27 hours in. I shall try again.

Sorry to hear that, can you tell me more about the failure?

Hi Got this file. It seemed to print very well. I wanted to try out a new printer QIDI ifast I am very new to this printer but so far its been working great.
I used your settings and it seemed to possibly fuse somewhere. The slide will not move. The only problem I saw is with the trigger guard it messed up in the furthest curve. That should not have caused any issue with the slide. I only used support from the build plate. I used the QIDI slicer that I am not real familiar with yet. I use S3D but it does not work on this printer. Would you have any suggestions. Thanks

Wanted to add that this printer is right on as far as e-steps. A 20mm cube prints 19.99 one side and 20.01 on the other and 19.99 Z. It does not get much closer should not be the cause.

  1. Try prying between the upper and lower reciever with a putty knife.
  2. Does that slicer have a feature like the "merge all outlines " like S3D? If so make sure ot is not selected.

Email me

I have printed the ww3d 1911R.
But i cant load him and pull the trigger. Can tell me what i did wrong?

what are your recommended infill settings?

Sweet print, wondering how I can see build volume requirements...? I have a Prusa Mini+ and wanted to make sure it will fit before purchasing (180x180x180mm). Thanks.

tried this out and everything printed just fine i can not get the rail loose and trigger will not work i have ran a little screw driver along side it but still can not get it do you have any ideas on what i could do. also i only used supports from build plate i can tell the rail wants to move but wont

Two possibilities I can think of. One stringing gumming up the mechanism. Two over extrusion making the tolerances too tight. Also, if you are using S3D there is a setting on the advanced tab to "merge all outlines" that will make it print in one piece. If your slicer has a similar option that could be the problem. Go back to the slicer preview and make sure everything looks right. Oh and check to make sure there isnt any support still stuck under the rotor. Email me if you still have trouble.

Hello Walt I downloaded your slt and printed half the gun I see there's a few problem maybe because I'm using filament but everything is mounted together to stiff to move nothing is freely moving at all could sure use some Intel please I'm using a ender3 clone

Most likely you have supports everywhere instead of from build plate only. Send me an email with a screen shot of your support settings.

Hello Walt,
I collect rubber band guns. Your designs are exceptional. Since I am NOT equiped for 3D printing I am wondering whether I can pay you to produce one of your 1911 Colt rubber band guns for me. What, please, would be the timeframe and total cost (including shipping to Massachusetts)? If we cannot come to a deal on this, I am pleased to at least view your work.

Dear Walt, I used PLA at the best quality on my Dremel 3d45 printer and the gun looks great. I have gotten the 'hammer' to turn but cannot after much work cannot get the trigger to pull or the slide to move. Do you have any suggestions to get it working? Thanks

Thanks for the purchase! The Cults admins have assured me that once a purchase is made you can go back and download unlimited times to include updates. I am pretty sure the update is just a change to the magazine retention. If you can't download it please contact them so that they can fix it. If they cant help send me an email, in bio, and I will send you the update.

I taught myself autocad while on deployment to Iraq in 2005. I am a Combat Engineer and my roommate at the time was a surveyor. I mostly used it to draw plans for the buildings I constructed over the years. I started using Fusion 360 two years ago before I got my first 3d printer. I actually bought my first printer to print the 1911 model. I learned most of everything I know from YouTube, Lars Christenson look him up.
I modeled the XDS from my gun and the 1911 from my wife's gun. The others I did off of pictures and measurements found online. If you can get me some measurements,in milimeters, and pictures of the rail I may be able to add it.

Hey i bought the xd model a while back, and im checking our your page again ( nice work btw on the new models.. i have a real xdm-elite.. maybe make one of those? haha.. that or add the rail on the bottom so i can attach a laser pointer ).

I did see however you updated the model a bit. Can i get a link to the updated model since ive purchased already? Or does each update require a new purchase? Im not super savvy on this site and just wondered. I have no problems supporting awesome makers but just wanted to know.

Thanks and keep up the great work. Howd you get started in modeling? Im trying to teach myself and using tinkercad etc.. any tips on good software to use? Im assuming you went to school or learned in the service ( wasnt really available to me being on a m1a1 and in a combat unit.. to busy sending big bullets downrange )

Love your prints buddy. Keep it up.

I like your rubberband guns very well. Best the WW3D 1911R RUBBER BAND GUN.
Would you please give me a Black Friday discount for this gun.

Many thanks.

Best regards
