Hello. Im having problems with the cat pencil tube. It prints perfect the first part but aproaching the middle the hotend starts crashing against the model. I have already level the bed and the printer but it keeps happening for some reason i cant figure out. Can you share some parameters for printing that you used? Thank you

New question:
I don't currently intend on selling the printed models for commercial use, but will probably print off a few models and gift them to some coworkers. Would you still want me to opt for your commercial Patreon tier despite the fact that the intent for said printed models is for personal self-sastifaction to brighten my coworkers' day [around Christmas]?

Hey there!
So I am really interested in printing off the snowflake ornament bauble, but need the tree in the picture. I thought the tree came with the bauble, but I guess not. Not a big deal. However, when I go here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/christmas-bauble-display-tree , and click on the download button, all I get is some logo.stl file. Is this on purpose or will you please fix the download as I intend to print off a couple in preparation for the holidays this year. Thank you in advance for your help and response!

Made the Impossible Spinner last night and wanted to complement you on your design. It's not complex but it's obvious watching it print that you really know how to design for 3d and the final print was beautiful. Nice to print something designed by someone who knows what they are doing.
