Make’s description

A client of mine bought this model and ask me to print it for him, but the letter Y has a big hole. i tried using diferent programs to slice it and they all have the same problems (Cura, Simplify, Ideamaker and PrusaSlicer) i also tried to fix it manually but i has so many polygons thats is a no go
