3D printing settings
The wheels should be printed with support and screwed together by self threading screws. I used #2 servo screws. Cut 5x6mm brass tubing and insert in the center to work as a bearing surface.
The tires should be printed from some for of TPE. I printed mine at 0.12mm layer height with two perimeters and 12% infill. I recommend higher infill, about 25%. I used 24 top layers and 15 bottom layers.
To achieve good bed adhesion with TPE I recommend covering the relevant area of the bed with double sided scotch office tape. This works very well for rubber materials.
