3D model description

With this 3D printed pressuriser your tennis/padel ball will last much longer keeping the bouncing properties as freshly opened balls. Even the old flat balls can be rescued by keeping in the pressurizer for 3-4 weeks.

With this gadget the benefits are both economical and environmental, reducing the waste of balls.

The design of the pressurizer is meant to be compatible with most of the commercial balls tubes.
Moreover the sealing and the valve are obtained from recycled bike tubes, reducing waste from the beginning.

USAGE:
Use only with manual pump in order to have more control on the internal pressure (even better if the pump has a pressure gauge).

Recommended pressure for tennis balls: 16 psi
Recommended pressure for padel balls: 14 psi

For flat balls I suggest a slightly higher pressure.

I recommend to not overcome a pressure of 25 psi with the 3D printed pressurizer.

Tested compatibility:
- HEAD TEAM, HEAD CHAMPIONSHIP, HEAD PRO, HEAD ATP (alluminium tube)
- DUNLOP FORTH, DUNLOP ATP
- WILSON

Not compatible with:
- HEAD TOUR

Use the Guide.stl to help in cutting the bike tubes at size.
Thin tubes such road bike tubes will be too small to cover the entire cap area, I usually use mountain bike tubes wich can do the job.

Tips:
The air tightness can be improved by adding a second layer of rubber cut in the shape of a ring (as in the photo). This ring has the sole purpose of softening the contact area so that the bike tube with the valve can seal more easily.
