This square flute in E can be printed flat or vertically on any 250mm+ sized printer.
3D printing settings
No supports required. Any default settings will do for this build. Keeping the infill on the light side will help make the flute not too heavy and more comfortable.
You can sand chamfers on the edges to make it more comfortable.
