3D model description

Reverse Bear Trap from Saw modeled in Blender 2.82. The jaws can open 70 degrees like in the movie and the mechanism works with a spring and a pin. Some of the parts need some superglue to stay in place, but majority of the parts are just plugged in.

Scale needs to be 2.5 times bigger than the original if you want to print the lifesized version.

All parts were printed with Artillery Sidewinder X1 and printing took over 20 hours in total.

Hello, today i going to start printing the pieces and i want my trap to be as resistant as possible so what material do you recommend to print the pieces, polyamide, resin, alumide, polypropylene or abs, thank you very much.

Hello! I have only used PLA, so I don't really have the knowledge of printing with anything else. I would still recommend either alumide or polypropylene.

hello to you, yesterday i buy the original reverse bear trap and 2.0 reverse bear trap but i see that in the files of the original trap where the pieces come from i don't found the assembly instructions nowhere, i would appreciate any help.

Hello to you . the pieces have been revised. personal I made them at 250% but too large but very scary. to make the bear trap I will redo it at 225%. I will advise you to do it at 225%. but it is a magnificent 3 D drawing. thanks to the creator

Thats wonderful, thanks you very much!!^^

Hello to you .
many thanks for your work.
I realize them at 250% a little can be done at 220%.
but it's beautiful

Hello Alexandre! Thanks for noticing those errors. Send me an e-mail so I can send you the fixed stl files.

Hello to you . thank you for your work. I print them at 250% scale. there is some small problem on 3 pieces there are no closing or open bougle.
