PROFAPLA (French acronym for flat-made face protection) is a face shield system designed to be easily made by several means :

• 3D printing, be it FDM, SLS, MJF, ... ;

• laser cutting ;

• plotter & CNC cutting ;

• and even manual cutting.

PROFAPLA is one of the lightest and fastest face shield to produce and assemble, at 13' printing time on a 0.4 mm nozzle, for 5 grams and max 30 seconds assembly.

The design of PROFAPLA has been created based on precise statistical data of head measurements (dimensions, outlines, shape). It is therefore comfortable to wear and will fit the greatest number of potential users, male or female.

• ultra-fast to make (13' with 0.4mm nozzle) ;

• screen freely adjustable in height ;

• does not limit head mobility;

• glasses and respiratory masks compatible (and to be used in conjunction with) ;

• huge storability (30 000 per cubic meter, screens and elastics included) ;

• EU and US versions (A4, US Letter).

Only limitation regarding 3D printing: bed size 250 mm or more.

PROFAPLA (PROFAPLA Printable PLAt Facial Protection) is a protective visor system designed to be easily made by several processes :

• 3D printing all processes (FDM, SLS, MJF, ...) ;

• laser cutting ;

• cutting plotter or CNC ;

• and even manual cutting.

PROFAPLA is one of the lightest and quickest visors to produce , with 13' of printing in 0.4 mm nozzle, for 5 grams and a maximum assembly time of 30 seconds, without perforator.

The design of PROFAPLA was created on the basis of biometric statistics (shapes, sizes and contours of a head). The visor is comfortable to wear and will suit the largest possible number of potential users, both men and women.

• ultra-fast to do (13 minutes in FDM printing) ;

• screen freely adjustable in height ;

• no need for a punch;

• does not limit the mobility of the head;

• FFP2 / FFP3 compatible glasses, sunglasses and masks (to be used with!) ;

• Very high storage capacity (30,000 per cubic metre, including screens and elastic bands).

The only limitation for 3D printing is the size of the plate 250 mm or more.
