3D model description

This is intended as a roadmap for those using the Novusun CNC Controller and TB6600 Stepper Drivers in their CNC project. It should help you in component layout, power supply selection, and enclosure selection.

The dxf files include versions that can be fit in a K40 laser, and then glued together. These files can also be printed on legal size paper, taped together and then cut and drilled manually. If you have your CNC running and are now building an enclosure control box, your CNC can be used to cut this panel. If your PC case does not include all of the mounting holes on this panel, it may be necessary to add a couple to ensure it mounts firmly in the case.

The Novusun-Controller-Wiring-Diagram has been modified to indicate the use of an alternate 12volt power supply in assembling the controller, but that modification is not necessary unless you intend to upgrade to a 36V power supply.
