MR2 AW11 NA Rain Guard Toyota Vent Cover

I believe in trust - we can create a world with less shipping and customs but we have to trust each other.
So please print it only for yourself. Everyone needs his daily bread.

Now to the part:

If you want to remove the rain drain inside the bonnet to get a better cooling, sometimes your old guy stands in the rain. Nobody likes that. Therefore i developed these rain guards, which fit perfectly on the AW11 NA Mesh and still have the opportunity to let hot air out.
Mounting is easy with 4 RC Car clips or sth different.

The part in the picture is made from recycled material, so maybe the pictures show some imperfections, but be sure, the model is fine :)

For Producer:
It is designed for a 0,8mm nozzle and prints ~90min with 35mm/s but 0.4mm possible as well. Check your supports in the preview to get a well printed part. Print upside down - only supports needed at outlet.

For Customer:
These are two parts
- the cover (ASA recommended /PETG/ ABS but painted)
- the sealing (TPE/TPU)

You can give it a resin coat or clear coat for glossy finish and more UV resistance, if printing with materials like ABS.

If you want to drive with it, use ASA and a TPE Sealing, if it is just a rain cover while parking petg should be fine and maybe you do not need a sealing.

You need 4 of them to cover all, but you buy the data, so no problem. Choose your fancy color and link us @jumuworks!
